Dr. Rabia Asif

Dr. Rabia Asif is an accomplished academic and researcher serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), Lahore, where she has been contributing since 2009. With a Ph.D. in Management Sciences (Finance) from COMSATS University, she possesses over 18 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience, including serving as the Incharge of the Management Sciences Departmen. Dr. Asif has an extensive publication record in HEC-recognized national and international journals, focusing on areas such as financial stability, banking diversification, leadership, and organizational behavior. She has successfully organized and led several international conferences funded by HEC and PHEC and has represented Pakistan in numerous international academic forums across the UK, Sweden, Turkey, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Her professional portfolio includes curriculum design, program coordination, and supervision of postgraduate research along with active participation in national and international workshops and training programs reflecting her strong commitment to academic excellence and institutional development.
